And they could not conclusively prove which rifles he fired from that window vs in previous practice or other times. So they can't even conclusively prove that bumpstocks contributed to the fatality and injury count.

Dear Senator I want to bring your attention to hundreds of thousands of qualified spouses of H1B visa holders which are on H4 visa and are not authorized to work unless thier H1B spouses have reached a certain milestone (approved Form i 140) which may take years before these spouses are able to even apply for work authorization .I am a Masters Degree holder with Gold Medal (First position holder) in my field. I believe that there are many like me and even better quilfied than myself who can contribute positively to the US economy, to be tax payers and be a part of produutive work force in the industries which suffer shortage of qualified human resources. Not being able to work while you entered the country legally and your spouse are doing their job productively has also a continuous mental stress for parents like me who want to contibute positivly both to the family and society they live in. Its an irony that apouses of many other visa holders like L1 do not even need to apply for work authorization and work authorization is granted automatically incidental to their status. I have not been able to work ever since my spouse got her H1B visa. I have children who look up to me and not being able to work and be productive has also been a matter detrimental to my own self esteem. I know and hopeful that this time will pass too. My hopes were up when this bill had a provision to give automatic work authorization to dependents of H1B visa holders just like L1 visa. But bill couldnt get passed. Now my only hope is that while President is using his executive powers, this matter should also be considered as it would also help making so many people become a productive part of economy as well as society in terms of become productive tax payers and well educated and skill human resource already present inside the country on valid visas. Thank you.

This has to be the lamest argument to take away the American citizens' right to arms that I have ever heard.
